National development emerges as a result of investment of a nation on its own human resources and a nation can just be powerful and permanent as to the success of the education system training this manpower. The beneficial part of the technology must be handled and used properly with the intention of studying with the truest choices, reaching the information, cutting up the negativeness which can be met in the process of sharing ,and providing added value to the society. The graduates of our department has individual and social significant duties such as information literacy which affects the life of all the people directly, the ethical values on producing and using technology, aesthetics, privacy , the security of information and cybercrime. Turning the individuals into the producers of information technologies and providing them to improve the mentioned culture must be the basic objectives of teacher candidates of information technologies.
We are waiting for the teacher candidates of computer and instructional technologies education in the light of this approach and expectation.
